A Holistic Journey Beyond Academics
A Clear Pathway to Holistic Learning to be renamed as Extra Curricular programmesSports Education at IYRA fosters physical fitness, teamwork, and holistic growth. Working Saturdays see students engaged in enriching co-curricular activities such as pottery, essay writing, debates, art camps, and house-wise sports. Initiatives like parent–child reading programmes, Library Connect initiatives extend learning beyond classrooms.
Sports are used as a powerful multidisciplinary approach, integrating academics, creativity, values, and life skills. Students regularly reflect on their performance and progress through guided self-assessment, developing self-awareness, responsibility, and goal-setting skills, improved fitness, collaboration, communication, creativity, and leadership.
