The Story Behind IYRA’s Creation

IYRA’s journey began with a heartfelt quest by the school’s founder and visionary Mr. Nagesh L.S.to understand what truly defines an exceptional learning institution. Through extensive travels across India and abroad and meaningful engagement with educators, students, and families, he was able to connect deeply by listening to their stories, aspirations, and lived experiences. These insights gave rise to a powerful vision of a school that transcends physical spaces, evolving into a vibrant, nurturing community rooted in values, purpose, and authentic human connections.

Guided by the Happy Curriculum and aligned with the NEP 2020 framework for joyful, inclusive, and holistic learning, the school blends global pedagogical best practices with real-world with care and relevance. The approach empowers students with knowledge, character, and innovation—preparing them to lead with confidence, empathy, and adaptability in an ever-evolving world.
