Full job description:

IYRA International School is in search of compassionate and perceptive professionals to join the Counselling and Special Education team. Your role will focus on fostering emotional well-being, inclusion, and holistic development across all age groups. With strong expertise in child psychology, special education, and behavioural intervention, you will design and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to diverse learning needs and support every learner’s unique journey. By collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and the school’s pastoral care team, you will help create a nurturing ecosystem that encourages resilience, empathy, and confidence. Guided by the NEP 2020 framework and international teaching approaches, you will promote emotional balance and empower students to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Special Education.
• Valid professional certification or license to practice.
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers and parents.
• Proficient in therapy-based, behavioural, and emotional support strategies.
